Unsworth Presents for Institute for Paralegal Education
ESSEX JUNCTION, VT - Stephen Unsworth, senior partner in the law firm Unsworth & Barra PLC, in Essex Junction,
recently presented for the Institute of Paralegal Education's seminar: "THE PROBATE PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH
FOR PARALEGALS." This seminar was attended by professionals that are involved with the probate process. The
seminar explored the many issues that surround the probate process. Stephen presented on the "Ethical Perils in
the Probate Process" and "Closing the Estate."
Attorney Unsworth has over 30 years of experience, in providing quality estate planning and legacy wealth
planning documents that include assistance with Trusts, Wills, Probate, Trust Administration, Powers of Attorney,
as well as Family Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies.
Stephen Unsworth is admitted to practice law in both Vermont and Maine. He is a member of the Vermont Bar
Association, the Maine Bar Association and the Chittenden County Bar Association. He is the only Vermont member of
the exclusive American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, a national organization of attorneys specializing in
estate planning. He is also a member of the Vermont Bar Association's Elder Law and Probate & Trust Sections.
